This aramid felt is made from 100% meta aramid through the spunlace non-woven fabric process. Its functional characteristics are heat insulation, high temperature resistance, flame retardant and wear resistance. The grammage only needs to reach 60g/m2, and the aramid felt can meet the requirements of flame retardant clothing and be used as its thermal insulation layer.
100% Nomex Felt with lasting thermal stability, it can be used for a long time in the range of -196-204 °C, the shrinkage rate is only 1% at 250 °C, and it will not soften, embrittle or melt when exposed to a high temperature of 300 °C for a short time, and the dimensional stability is extremely good.

The limiting oxygen index LOI ≥ 28% is a flame-retardant fiber by itself, which is difficult to burn in the air, with a smoldering time of 0 seconds, and has the characteristics of self-extinguishing when it leaves the flame.
It has a wide range of applications in safety protection, environmental protection, automotive industry and other fields.
